Acer  x  freemanii  ‘Autumn Blaze Maple’

A tree which is a cross between  our native red maple and the silver maple. It is a patented plant with an upright growth habit, very good drought tolerance, and attractive summer green foliage turning scarlet in the fall.  Growing  50’ high and 40’ wide it is hard to zone 3.
